The Wellhouse (sleeps 2-4) is a petite but charmingly converted old farm building incorporating the ancient well in it’s outside west wall and is surrounded by flowers.  On the ground floor there is a an open-plan living-room and kitchen. The  light and airy living-room which measures 4m x 2.7m,  is situated in the south-facing double-glazed conservatory looking down the prize-winning garden.  The well-equipped kitchen which measures 3m x 3.2m, has a gas-cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a toaster and a cafetière. There is a small bedroom downstairs which measures 3m x2.9m, with double bed and en suite shower/toilet. The attic bedroom with two single beds is reached by a wooden staircase directly from the double bedroom and is much loved by children as it has a low ceiling and is very snug with toys and games provided.  The attic bedroom is NOT suitable for adults. There is no washing-machine but we are very happy to do your washing free for you. For babies we can provide a cot, a high chair, a baby bath for the shower and there is a stair-gate.

Prices are as follows and are per week. Prices include water, electricity and gas. Sheets cost five pounds or eight euros per person if you need them. Towels can be provided to our guests who are arriving by plane. Payment can be made in pounds sterling or euros and you can find an exchange rate calculator on the Availability/Prices page above:
