The Crèche (sleeps 2-5) was an ancient stable attached to the back of the Longhouse and has recently been lovingly converted into an attractive and comfortable gîte.  The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen/lounge measuring 3.5m x 8m, with the kitchen at one end of the room and the lounge at the other end. There is also a seperate cloakroom with shower, toilet, basin, washing-machine and ironing facilities. There are french-windows leading from the lounge out into the garden and a comfortable seating area in which you can relax. There is also a wood-burning stove for use in winter.The kitchen area is well-equiped and has a gas cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a cafetière. Upstairs there are two pine-ceilinged bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a set of bunk-beds and a single bed. The children’s bedroom is equiped with toys, games and a little rocking horse. For babies we can provide a cot, a high chair, a baby bath for the shower and there are 2 stair-gates.

Prices are as follows and are per week. Prices include water, electricity, gas and wood for the fire. Sheets cost five pounds or eight euros per person if you need them. Towels can be provided to our guests who are arriving by plane. Payment can be made in pounds sterling or euros and you can find an exchange rate calculator on the Availability/Prices page above:
